Players have access to more technical information than ever.
More information isn’t always the answer.
A visible technical problem can be the final link in a much longer chain. My job is to work backwards — understand the player, identify where the earliest meaningful breakdown begins, separate what needs changing from what should be protected, and simplify it into clear direction.
