Meet Joe Gatting
Too many players get coached for what works today —
and get exposed when the level rises.
I built JGCC to change that.
We train cricketers for the long game: repeatable movement, sharp decisions, and composure when it’s messy.
Joe’s Story

I played professional sport for over a decade — both cricket and football.
I trained and competed alongside some of the best in the world.
And I saw what actually works at the top level.
Too often, players with real potential miss out — not because they don’t care, but because the coaching didn’t match the demands of the game.
It focused on what works now, not what holds up later.
I built JGCC to change that.
To coach in a way that’s honest, structured, and built around the player — not just the session.
To give serious athletes what I wish I had earlier:
Clarity. Standards. And a system that actually moves them forward.
It’s not about tips.
It’s about coaching that holds — and scales with the player.
What Guides JGCC:
Long-term > Short-term
Personalisation > One-Size-Fits-All
Feedback > Fluff
Standards > Shortcuts
Training that shows up in games
The JGCC Method
The JGCC Method is built on one principle:
skills must transfer — and stand up when the level rises
Built-For-You Movements
Patterns aligned to how you naturally move — that repeat under pressure.
Decisions That Stand Up
Read the game, process information quickly, and adapt when it matters.
Execution That Holds
Deliver your skills with control, intent, and composure when the pressure rises.
