Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our official website or designated booking platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking via our approved payment methods. 2. Coaching Sessions (Including VIP 8-Week Block) Sessions must be completed within 10 weeks from the date of the first session. If a coach is unavailable, the expiry period will be extended accordingly. Sessions must be scheduled in advance, and rescheduling is subject to availability. 3. Cancellation Policy 48+ hours’ notice: No charge, and the session can be rescheduled. Less than 48 hours’ notice: The full session fee will be charged. 4. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in a full charge. 5. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the session and are subject to availability. 6. Late Arrival Sessions will not be extended for late arrivals. The session will end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply. 7. Participant Responsibilities Participants must ensure their contact details are accurate to receive booking confirmations and schedule updates. 8.
