JGCC Booking Policy

  1. Booking Confirmation:

    • All coaching sessions must be booked in advance through our official channels, including our website or designated booking platform.

  2. Payment in Full:

    • Payment for coaching sessions must be made in full at the time of booking through our designated payment methods.

  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled coaching session will not incur any charges.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled coaching session will be subject to a full charge.

  4. No Show Policy:

    • If a participant fails to attend a coaching session without prior notice ("no-show"), the full session fee will be charged.

  5. Rescheduling:

    • Participants may request to reschedule a coaching session at least 48 hours before the original session time, subject to availability.

  6. Late Arrival:

    • Participants are encouraged to arrive on time for their coaching sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with no adjustment to the session fee.

  7. Participant Responsibility:

    • Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information for booking confirmations and communication regarding any changes to the schedule.
